Email is the only channel, and it is a real inbox rather than a form that goes nowhere. We reply to everything, usually within two working days.

General questions

hello@tarotcardsreading.org — anything about the site, the free reading, the card meanings, or a correction to something we have written.

A paid reading

support@tarotcardsreading.org — a reading that did not arrive, a reading that failed to generate, or a refund. If your reading did not generate after payment, say so and we will either finish it or refund you in full. Include the email address you used at checkout.

Privacy requests

Send deletion or access requests to hello@tarotcardsreading.org with “privacy” in the subject line. See the privacy policy for what we hold, which is deliberately very little.

What we cannot help with

We do not offer readings by email, we do not take custom reading requests, and we cannot advise on medical, legal or financial matters. If you are in crisis, please contact a local support line rather than us — we are not staffed to help in an emergency, and it would be irresponsible to pretend otherwise.
